Chocolate Valentine's Cocktails

1pt Pure Decadence, 1 serving

2 oz 1pt Chocolate infused Vodka
2 oz Cold Brew Coffee
3/4 oz Strawberry Syrup
2 Drops Angostura Bitters

Infuse 1pt Chocolate Blend* and vodka for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine all ingredients in shaker.  Shake and strain into coupe glass.

1pt The Dude, 1 serving

2 oz 1pt Chocolate Infused Rum
1 oz Whole Milk
1 oz Kahlua

Infuse 1pt Chocolate Blend* and rum for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Serve over large ice cube with grated cocoa (optional).

As with many of our cocktails, the building blocks are those of a classic cocktail, in this case a White Russian. Our infusion in this cocktail adds the depth of gourmet chocolate to join hands with the coffee-focused Kahlua and swaps vodka for island rum.
