The possibilities are endless! Mix into melted butter or oil to taste. Delicious for: Mashed potatoes, prawns, scallops, chicken, sautéed, steamed or roasted vegetables, cream sauces and garlic bread.

For dipping, mix 1 tbsp. (more or less to taste) tbsp. mix with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
No basting required.
For a 10 to 12 lb bird, mix approx. 3 Tbsp. rub with 1/2 to 3/4 olive oil or melted butter. Rub on turkey and roast as usual (again, do not baste). Take your food to the next level! Substitute white wine, apple or orange juice for a portion of the oil. Add some of the dry rub when are you are preparing your stuffing or dressing. When preparing soup, use as substitute for soup bases.
