Garlic Crispy Focaccia Sticks

Crafted in a family bakery in Piedmont, Italy, these thin, golden focaccia sticks are baked using traditional methods passed down for more than 200 years. Light, crisp and delicately seasoned with garlic, they're the kind of simple Italian snack that's just as at home on a charcuterie board as it is beside a bowl of soup or enjoyed straight from the box.
Serve with antipasti, cheeses, cured meats, olives and dips, pair alongside soups and salads, or keep them on hand for effortless entertaining.
Ingredients
Type 00 soft wheat flour, sunflower oil, barley malt, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, salt, dehydrated garlic (1.5%), natural rosemary extract.
Contains: Wheat (gluten), barley (gluten).
May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy and tree nuts.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. Reseal after opening to help maintain crispness.

Seasonal Shipping Update
With Canada Post experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays, we’ve begun sending online orders through more reliable courier services when needed.
Courier pricing is noticeably higher, so we’ve updated our flat-rate shipping to reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end.
We’ve also paused free shipping for now. This helps keep things sustainable for our small shop during a season when delivery across Canada is more unpredictable than usual.

Western Canada (AB, SK, BC): $35 flat rate
