Crafted in the mountains of Liguria using 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water, this artisan pasta is bronze-cut and slowly dried to create a beautifully textured surface that holds onto every spoonful of sauce. The corkscrew shape is perfect for capturing everything from simple tomato sauces to hearty vegetable ragùs, bringing authentic Italian flavour to everyday meals.
Pair with tomato and basil sauce, roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, creamy pasta sauces or rich meat ragùs. Its generous shape and exceptional texture make even simple weeknight dinners feel special.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Once opened, keep sealed in an airtight container for best freshness. Cook until al dente.

Willow Creek has always been rooted in an in-store experience, and our online shop has grown as an extension of that atmosphere. Many of our pieces are delicate, oversized, or uniquely shaped, so shipping can look a little different from item to item.

Seasonal Shipping Update
With Canada Post experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays, we’ve begun sending online orders through more reliable courier services when needed.
Courier pricing is noticeably higher, so we’ve updated our flat-rate shipping to reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end.
We’ve also paused free shipping for now. This helps keep things sustainable for our small shop during a season when delivery across Canada is more unpredictable than usual.

Manitoba (MB): $28 flat rate
Western Canada (AB, SK, BC): $35 flat rate
Central Canada (ON, QC): $35 flat rate

Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): $55 flat rate
