A Note about Shipping

Willow Creek has always been shaped around an in-store experience. Our online shop is an extension of that atmosphere, and we continue to shape it in ways that work well for our customers and for our family and small team.

Many of our pieces are delicate, oversized, or uniquely shaped, which means shipping can look different from item to item. We pack every parcel with care and choose methods that prioritize the safe arrival of your order.

Some items simply can’t travel well by courier, and those pieces will show as pickup-only at checkout. This helps us protect your items and keep shipping manageable for our shop.

If you truly love something that’s marked as pickup-only, please reach out. When we’re able, we’ll do our best to find a solution—within the rhythms and boundaries that keep things working smoothly for our boutique.

Seasonal Shipping Update

Canada Post has been experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays across the country. Because of this, we’ve moved our online orders to more reliable courier services when needed.

Courier pricing is noticeably higher than Canada Post, and we’ve adjusted our flat-rate shipping to better reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end. These updates help keep shipping sustainable for our small shop.

We’ve also removed free shipping for now. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate a season where shipping across Canada is more complex than usual.

Flat Rate Shipping

We ship within Canada only at this time using trusted courier services. Each parcel is packed with care, and our flat-rate shipping keeps things simple for the season.

Manitoba (MB): $28 flat rate
Western Canada (AB, SK, BC): $35 flat rate
Central Canada (ON, QC): $35 flat rate
Eastern Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): $45 flat rate
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): $55 flat rate

Curbside Collect

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. When you arrive, give us a call at 204-362-3346 for curbside delivery, or come inside to pick it up.
