A Note about Shipping
Willow Creek has always been rooted in an in-store experience, and our online shop has grown as an extension of that atmosphere. Many of our pieces are delicate, oversized, or uniquely shaped, so shipping can look a little different from item to item.
Some pieces may show as pickup-only at checkout due to size or fragility. If you have a question about a specific item, you’re welcome to reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Seasonal Shipping Update
With Canada Post experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays, we’ve begun sending online orders through more reliable courier services when needed.
Courier pricing is noticeably higher, so we’ve updated our flat-rate shipping to reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end.
We’ve also paused free shipping for now. This helps keep things sustainable for our small shop during a season when delivery across Canada is more unpredictable than usual.

Western Canada (AB, SK, BC): $35 flat rate
