Porcini Mushroom Tomato Sauce

Crafted in Abruzzo, Italy with 82% vine-ripened tomatoes and 10% porcini mushrooms, this rich, slow-cooked sauce captures the deep, earthy flavour of one of Italy's most treasured woodland ingredients. Cooked over an open flame and finished with herbs and extra virgin olive oil, it brings comforting, restaurant-worthy flavour to everyday meals.
Serve with tagliatelle, pappardelle, penne or creamy polenta, spoon over meatballs or involtini, or use as the base for hearty baked pasta dishes. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for an effortless Italian dinner.

Tomatoes (tomato pulp, cherry tomato purée) (82%), porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related species) (9.3%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, carrots, dried porcini mushrooms (0.7%), sea salt, celery, garlic, parsley, pepper, rosemary, bay leaves, sage, citric acid.
May contain: Milk, pine nuts.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 3–4 days.

Seasonal Shipping Update
With Canada Post experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays, we’ve begun sending online orders through more reliable courier services when needed.
Courier pricing is noticeably higher, so we’ve updated our flat-rate shipping to reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end.
We’ve also paused free shipping for now. This helps keep things sustainable for our small shop during a season when delivery across Canada is more unpredictable than usual.
