A Note about Shipping
Willow Creek has always been rooted in an in-store experience, and our online shop has grown as an extension of that atmosphere. Many of our pieces are delicate, oversized, or uniquely shaped, so shipping can look a little different from item to item.
Some pieces may show as pickup-only at checkout due to size or fragility. If you have a question about a specific item, you’re welcome to reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Thank you for giving us the room to continue shaping what online shopping looks like for our small shop.
Seasonal Shipping Update
With Canada Post experiencing rotating strikes and unpredictable delays, we’ve begun sending online orders through more reliable courier services when needed.
Courier pricing is noticeably higher, so we’ve updated our flat-rate shipping to reflect the current landscape while still absorbing part of the cost on our end.
We’ve also paused free shipping for now. This helps keep things sustainable for our small shop during a season when delivery across Canada is more unpredictable than usual.
Thank you, as always, for your support.
Flat Rate Shipping
We ship within Canada only at this time using trusted courier services.
Manitoba (MB): $28 flat rate
Western Canada (AB, SK, BC): $35 flat rate
Central Canada (ON, QC): $35 flat rate
Eastern Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): $45 flat rate
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): $55 flat rate
Curbside Collect
You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. When you arrive, give us a call at 204-362-3346 for curbside delivery, or come inside to pick it up.
Please note: Our pickup option doesn’t currently work with accelerated checkout methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal). If you’re using Shop Pay, please select the Delivery Dropdown for more options.
