CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Willow Creek, we stand behind the quality of our products and make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Willow Creek will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We will issue a credit or refund at the time of return, only with a valid receipt and original packaging. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or gift receipt. If given gift receipt, we will issue credit or exchange only. No exceptions will be made.

Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail, or in person at the store at 1-175 Roblin Blvd East Winkler, MB, Canada. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

HOLIDAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that holiday shopping is starting early this year, so we've extended our Holiday Return Policy for your convenience.

All gift purchases eligible for return from October 19th – December 24th, 2020, can be returned or exchanged until January 8th, 2021.  

We will issue a credit or refund at the time of return, only with a valid receipt and original packaging. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or gift receipt. If given gift receipt, we will issue credit or exchange only. 

All Christmas decor (ornaments, wreaths, accents, signs etc.) are not eligible for return after December 24th, 2020.

All purchases eligible for return made after December 24th, 2020, will follow our regular 7-day return policy.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.



A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of credit to your account.
