Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of the pieces we bring in and want you to feel happy and confident in your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make it right, within the following guidelines.

Standard Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in-store, or within 7 days of delivery for online orders.

  • A valid receipt or gift receipt is required — no exceptions, sorry!
  • Items must be in new, resellable condition; pieces showing signs of use, damage, or wear after purchase aren’t eligible
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process (up to two billing cycles for credit cards)
  • Gift card purchases will be credited back to your Willow Creek gift card

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Marked down or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Soap bars
  • Custom or personalized orders (including floral arrangements, wreaths, baskets, etc.)
  • Shipping & handling charges
  • Items that are damaged after purchase (broken, dropped, or otherwise altered)

In-Store Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt
  • With a gift receipt, we’ll provide exchange or store credit
  • No receipt = no return

Online Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@willowcreekcurated.com or 204-362-3346.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Items must be packaged with the same care they were received
  • If items arrive damaged due to poor packaging, only a partial credit may be considered

Holiday Returns

  • Purchases made between Nov 1 – Dec 24, 2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until Jan 10, 2026 with a valid receipt and packaging
  • All seasonal decor and Christmas merchandise purchased after Dec 24 is final sale

We want you to love your purchase, but because of the nature of our boutique, our return window is short and some items are final sale. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, curated shop.
