Returns & Exchanges

At Willow Creek, we stand behind the quality of our products and do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

Willow Creek will accept eligible merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of credit to your account.

In Store Returns

We will issue a credit or refund on eligible merchandise within 7 days and only with a valid receipt and original packaging. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or gift receipt. If given gift receipt, we will issue credit or exchange only. No exceptions will be made.



Online Returns

Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.  

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser

Returns of eligible merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail, or in store.  Please wrap the items back up with the same care they arrived - if items arrive to us unprotected and damaged a partial refund or credit may be considered.  Please ship return to the following address:

Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


 

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

All gift purchases eligible for return from November 1, 2024 – December 24th, 2024, can be returned for store credit or exchanged until January 11th, 2024.  

We will issue a store credit or exchange at the time of return, only with a valid receipt and original packaging. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or gift receipt. All purchases eligible for return made after December 24th will follow our regular 7-day return policy.

All Christmas decor (ornaments, wreaths, accents, signs etc.) are not eligible for return after December 24th.
